Progressive Energy Consultancy specialise in Building Energy Ratings (BER’s) for new and existing houses and apartments. We are based in Dublin city and provide our services throughout Connaught, the Midlands, Border counties and Dublin. Annual BER certificates are also provided for large public buildings such as schools, libraries, community centres etc. We offer a prompt, professional and reliable BER service at very competitive rates. All staff are fully trained in providing accurate BER certificates for all new and existing dwellings. From 2009 all existing dwellings offered for sale or lease are legally required to have a valid BER certificate.

Progressive Energy is fully licensed with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) and has FETAC accreditation. Our business is listed under the County Leitrim section of the website www.sei.ie/ber

Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) are the regulating authority overseeing the BER scheme under the instruction of the Department of the Environment and the Department of Communications, Natural Resources & Energy.

Progressive Energy is an independent energy consultancy business, founded in 2008. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive range of energy services such as building energy ratings, thermal imaging and air pressurisation testing. Courses taken covered BER’s for new dwellings and BER’s for existing dwellings. These qualifications are also backed up with 5 years experience in the construction, renewable energy and civil engineering sectors.
